|Recommended: NoWorst place to live — This is the worst place to live. Office staff don’t answer the phone. Manager doesn’t respond to resident emails. Roach infestation. When signing the lease they don’t tell you about the high water bills. Then when calling requesting an answer they don’t know. The noise is horrible. People all night in their cars playing loud music. Above me it looks like I have horses instead of people. The people above me and the other neighbor be smoking all day and night. I find cigarettes butts in front of my door from them. Sometimes I have to wait in my car for them to finish smoking so I don’t have to smell the cigarette smoke. Maintenance don’t even have an emergency number. It an emergency happens during the night you have to wait until the next day.

|Recommended: YesResident — I've lived here 8 years, with several different management teams. Our newest team, after a tough rollout, are probably my favorite. They are so nice, and responsive to your needs. Maintenance comes within a reasonable time. They are really nice. Overall, I'm quite content with them. It's a good place to live.

The new leasing agent extraordinaire Heather is so wonderful to work with. You have a problem, she is on top of it it is taken care of ASAP Great staff nice clean place to live. Just renewed our lease😊
|Recommended: YesWe’ve lived here for 4 years, The new management is very professional and helpful with lease renewal options and with any questions we have. With the maintness staff being very quick and helpful with any of our request we put in especialy Carlos .. The pool, gym and laundry is nice to have at these apartments as well. Overall it’s a great place to live.
|Recommended: YesApartments — I’ve lived here for 3 years, I have never had a issue with any one, I love my neighbors, very quiet. The office has had a change in staff but over all still the same and no issues. I would say maybe adding a playground area for the kids. Overall it’s a great place to live.
