Him about online, he said he wishes us the best of luck and says he cannot help us. Very ghetto behavior and I’m glad that I’m not moving there.

We strive to create a warm, welcoming and professional environment throughout our premises, so its highly regrettable to learn that someone on our team showed what you considered unseemly behavior. Please rest assured that your concerns are being taken very seriously.
In terms of the length of time without tour able additions, we have not stop touring units, although our model is down we are still able to accommodate and show different modeled units. Again, thank you for voicing your concerns. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you better and regain your trust. If not, good luck on finding your next home.
